SHARING.  Some of the most precious things in life are giving, sharing, joy, truth and love.  When we are young we share our lives and ourselves with family.  As we grow older we share it with friends and create new families.  At Jenson House we are the family of today and tomorrow.  We believe in improving ourselves, our lives and enjoying life.  So, we are looking towards the stars and heaven and we are building a better life, creating new families and friends.  Best of all, you are free to be who you are not what other people think that you should be… as long as it is legal. lol

One year lease will include a/c (for 1 year) or free TV.   Six month leases are available.  3 month leases are available at $100.00 more per month.  Lifetime Jenson Housemateys membership.

• Homes are Cleaned regularly.
• In-Home Laundry.
• Bathroom Library. (currently consists of 4 books. lol. The Secret, Emily Post's Etiquette, Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus & Rich Dad, Poor Dad)
• Lawn care during summer months.
• Membership to the Jenson HouseMateys. (MeMateys.com)

            Outside Smoking only (away from open windows)
            No Pets
