Jenson Housemate Advantage (HouseMateys) So, No, No, No, this is Not a religious group or a cult. LOL It is just professionals or students, young or otherwise, that are in the process of improving and enjoying their lives. No deadbeats, no drug addicts, just regular people. There are No meetings other than those with other housemateys at your own discretion. However, we do have to give credit where credit is due. I do believe that God is guiding us in this creation/endeavor and with our lives. You don't believe? You don't have to. Just believe in yourself. Jill So now... are you ready for a new adventure?!?! YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Just like a ship of pirates or explorers we are people from all walks of life, ready to take on the world. Our goal is improving our lives with friends. Be it wealth, knowledge, socially or spiritually we have our sails set for new shores. By the light of the stars, charting a map and the striving with our mates we will navigate the waves, heed the depths of the ocean and the hurricanes with a common interest… a better life. Draw in the anchor, take the helm and set course. No course? Then let's just go for a journey. There is much to be discovered. We shall follow the stars with our Jenson House Mateys. Ahoy Matey and Welcome Aboard! Just being chosen you will automatically become a family member and receive a membership into the HouseMateys. After 3 months in residence you will become a lifetime member. If evicted at any time you will lose your membership. Jenson House opens the door to endless possibilities for people in the process of building their lives, building their future and enjoying life. With the Jenson HouseMateys family there is a homey comfort for starting fresh, starting over, getting back on track or reaching for the stars. In sharing quarters with individuals that are in the process of improving their lives, gives individuals the advantage of shared inspiration, motivation, networking, respect and honor... to name a few. MOST OF ALL LAUGHTER!!! You will have an opportunity to share ideas, develop ideas, find encouragement, and... there are so many possibilities it is difficult in which to select or not select because anything that you can do in life you can do better in groups with like goals. You have an advantage with HouseMateys.
Who are HouseMateys? Members are responsible, fun loving people that enjoy life. People with honor and humor. Members respect each other, the home, and especially yourself. If you cannot respect others you do not belong here. Don't think that you can sneak in because we will know and you will be evicted within a heartbeat. You either fit in as a good person or you do not. You are someone that knows that YOU DESERVE MORE in life, a better life and are reaching for it. Networking and (if you want) to help each other reach their goals. We also encourage individualism so if you want privacy, the Jenson Housemateys will respect this too. is fairly easy... you must have your eye on the future. You are in the
process of improving your life. Jenson House may be your sail to
Reach for the Stars. The stars are within you, GO FOR IT!!! * Being able to call yourself a Jenson Housemate for a lifetime. Membership requires a minimum 3 month stay. * COMING SOON - A private website with information about the local area in which you are moving. Including restaurants, shopping, government, hospitals, etc. You will be able to communicating and share ideas, tips, jobs, etc with other Jenson House members. Finally, you will be able to track your rent account online. * Remembered for your Birthday and small Christmas Gift during
your stay with us. * You will also be given an "Fun, Friends and the Finer Things in Life" keychain that shows that you are a Jenson House Mate. This keychain signifies that you are a person working on their future and that you are not alone. It is known as the Good Luck / Happiness keychain. Just rub it like a worry stone and you will find courage and calmness knowing that you are not alone. * You will also
be given "The Little Book of Etiquette" by Dorothea Johnson. Not only will
this help you with manners at home it could help you with manners for a
lifetime... for interacting with people/loved ones outside of the home.
It includes dining etiquette, something in which you can practice with other
Jenson HouseMateys. * Finally (if you wish) you will be e-mailed an exclusive
weekly inspiration (non-religious) for Jenson HouseMateys only. Home Etiquette... clean up after yourself, be concerned with safety, respect each other's personal space, and flush the commode when you are finished. lol
